Dan Winter-Bates, the frontman of Bury Tomorrow is the special guest on this week's Full Circle! He also works for the NHS and is the Head of Inclusion and Sustainability responsible for equality, diversity and inclusion (EDI), and has also helped embed a culture to allow NHS staff to voice concerns and raise issues. He is such an incredible, inspirational person and it is an absolute honour to have him on the show this week!
