You may have seen Dr. Anna Lembke in the 2020 Netflix documentary The Social Dilemma about the impact of social media on our lives. She is a professor at Stanford University School of Medicine and Chief of the Stanford Addiction Medicine Clinic. She’s the author of the book Drug Dealer, MD about the opioid epidemic and the forthcoming book Dopamine Nation, about compulsive overconsumption, including digital products.
