Welcome to The Coach Tribe podcast powered by Pensight! 

We've spoken to the over 700 coaches signed up using Pensight to build and scale their online coaching business. Through our conversations, we discovered that it's extremely difficult to navigate the tons of resources available online in order to figure out what the right thing to do for your business is, in terms of finding your niche, building up your social media, setting up your marketing and all of the other things that you need to do. 

While Pensight provides all of the tools and infrastructure you need to set up and kickstart your online coaching or education business for free, we wanted to take an extra step to help our coaches by building a community and also sharing distilled golden nuggets of information from other successful coaches, marketers, and online business experts who've been there and done it firsthand. 

That's why we made The Coach Tribe podcast: to interview a range of coaches and experts across a wide variety of different fields, who will provide you with answers and equip you with the knowledge and skills you need to grow your business. Topics covered include how to diagnose whether the problem is in your ads or in your funnel / offer, how to use different social media channels to drive traffic to your offer, what organic marketing tactics you can implement for free and how to improve your sales and closing technique. In addition to these hard skills, we'll also delve into the softer unquantifiable traits, habits and mindsets you need to be successful and achieve your goals, from confidence to mental tranquility, intuition, and resilience.
