The Splintercast Reads Words of Radiance, Intro and Chapter 7

We have a treat for you today. Our illustrious and radiant (see what I did there?) Alyx, also known as FeatherWriter, is doing a very special podcast series where she records her live reactions as she reads Words of Radiance for the very first time. There is crying. There is sobbing. Fangirling. Descent into sleep-deprived madness. It's everything you'd ever want from a reaction podcast, and I guarantee 40% more people will fall in love with her than before (in which case, back off.). So how The Splintercast Reads is going to work is that Alyx records her reactions and edits out the silence. If you were wondering how she could go so fast through a chapter, that's because of Hollywood magic. Or at least basic sound editing skills. Same thing. In today's entry--and we will be posting these daily--Alyx finishes Part One and does the second interlude. Since she read the sample chapters and wants these reactions to be of her first reading, she's skipped the samples in this series. But absolutely everything else will be recorded for you to hear, love, and of course, lovingly mock. So, without further adieu, I introduce you to the Splintercast. And where does it start?
