Greg recently returned from the Shangri-La Dialogue, a defense forum held in Singapore and attended by the United States, China, and other key players in the Asia-Pacific. He describes the arguments made in the American and Chinese presentations and assesses how they were perceived by crucial Southeast Asian states.
