Sam Parrott is the Sugar Beet Queen of Idaho. She represents the hundreds of sugar beet farmers in the state, and as Idaho is a leading sugar beet grower, Sam has a huge part of representing the industry as a whole on a national level. We spoke MAHA, the Farm Bill, financial nuances, and the future of sugar in the US. Enjoy!
