Leah is an accredited Snowy Mountains guide, certified Level 2 Wim Hof Method Instructor, breathwork specialist, extreme cold tolerance practitioner and mother of two. Having conquered her own battle of anxiety, stress, depression and sleeping problems, her mission is to help people improve their health & wellbeing by reconnecting them to nature and helping them to rediscover their inner wild thing! Her philosophy on cold exposure training is that it’s best experienced in nature - snowy treks or swimming in icy rivers & lakes - as it offers a unique opportunity to step outside of your comfort zone and learn about yourself. As a certified Wim Hof Method instructor, Leah has taught all around Australia and worldwide, including alongside Wim himself in Thailand. She has also taken workshops in Europe and the USA.
