This time we randomly picked a topic from The Warrior's Mind book and we landed on the important area of your beliefs.
More specifically, modelling beliefs.
This is a mental training strategy that you can use when you want to dramatically improve a certain skill.
The main example I use in this video is on the subject of high speed corners but it can be used for any driving or personal skill that you want to improve.
If you want to be a true champion then you must also be able to coach yourself, this is a way of doing that.
