Jason has been actively involved in sports and martial arts since he was a kid. He has an intimate understanding of athletic injuries and dysfunctional patterns that can cause imbalance, pain, and sub-optimal performance.

Jason has a passion for helping people of all ages feel great and deeply cares for every client that he works with. His goal is to help people attain optimal health and wellness. When he isn’t working, Jason loves to read, swim, and practice martial arts.
