130: Dr. Apostolos Lekkos on Adrenal Health, Fitness Hacks, SIBO, and Peptide Therapy

This week I'm chatting with Dr. Apostolos Lekkos, who is board-certified in anti-aging, regenerative, and functional medicine. Dr. Lekkos is the founder of Bios Functional Medicine in Santa Monica, where he works with patients (including me) to help them overcome a wide variety of health concerns. He also works in the ER and does work with stem cells.

In this episode, Dr. Lekkos and I discuss more about the work he does in the clinic and the ER, as well as how he's recently become more interested in different forms of energy healing. Dr. Lekkos shares his best tips for figuring out what's going on with your adrenals, how to optimize your sleep, and tricks for reducing stress in general.
