You are the expert - not your client or customer. That's why you have a job! That's why people hire you. So no, your customer is NOT always right. If she knew how to do the thing you know how to do, she wouldn't spend money for your product/service/coaching. Which means, it's your J.O.B. to own what you do + how you do it.
