Venturing into land flipping, he immediately saw positive results, which allowed his wife, Shalese, to resign from her nursing job.
Sid then established HCL HOLDINGS LLC, a family-owned land investing business that takes pride in finding the best properties for its buyers. Now they earn $15,000 a month in passive income, all while spending more quality time with their kids.
