Women in Power in Mexico and Ukraine's Unwanted List

The Mexican Supreme Court voted to end the federal ban on abortion, eliminating criminal penalties and requiring public health services to offer abortions upon request. Meanwhile, Ukraine has surpassed Syria as the leader in cluster munition casualties with 916 reported last year. Russian explosives are the main cause, but Ukraine also uses American-provided cluster bombs. Russia's recent missile strikes have resulted in civilian deaths and damage to infrastructure in eastern and southern Ukraine.
