Today I’m joined by Alexandra Pullen, a health, holistic wellness, yoga, and overall life enthusiast who happened to be a professional ballet dancer for the better part of her life journey so far. She’s had the chance to travel the world while on tour and performed all over, thanks to ballet, but she’s also very open about the struggles that came with it on her journey. Today’s episode opens up about dealing with self-doubt, navigating an uncommon childhood through Alex’s move to NYC at 16 years old, and what she’s learned along the way thanks to her therapy and mental health journey post ballet career.
