Mother of two and a Harvard Speech-Language Pathologist, Rebecca Rolland is a faculty member and Module Director at Harvard Medical School, who lectures on topics of communication, mental focus, and creativity.

Rebecca frequently consults with organizations working to design powerful learning experiences for kids and adults, including the World Bank. She is the author of The Art of Talking With Children, which details "rich talk" and listening to cultivate children's creativity, kindness, compassion, and curiosity.

Rebecca joins me this week to talk about the 10 books that impacted and inspired her the most on her life journey. And, given her background and expertise, I am sure she'll also be able to share some really useful information for those of us who are concerned about how we can help the kids in our lives grow and thrive at a time of enormous global transition.
