Sean specializes in collaborative project delivery, Integrated Project Delivery (IPD), Independent/Integrated Forms of Agreement (IFOAs), change implementation and management, historic structures, is an Approved Instructor for the Lean Construction Institute, and certified instructor for the AGC Lean Construction Education Program (AGC-LCEP). Sean is also a member of the AGC Lean Construction Forum Steering Committee.
