However, our attachment, our dependency on this device might just be at the core of all of our health problems, relationship problems and mental health challenges. We may need to significantly change the relationship we have with our phone so that you can reach the goals you say you want to achieve, and just have it feel better to be you! In this episode I talk about your relationship with your phone and give you a challenge at the end to see if you’re strong enough to make those changes.
