Steve's perspective comes not only from his extensive coaching experience but also from his personal journey as an athlete and as a whistleblower in elite athletics at Nike.

In this chat we dive into many of the concepts in the book and in particular how they might apply to you as a HYROX athlete - from dealing with pressure and avoiding mistakes during races, to mental toughness, optimising your training environment, and much more.
