Today I had the opportunity to sit down with Tory Knight- Former Australian Air Force Combat Controller- a father, a veteran,an author, board member, resilience coach, mental health advocate & speaker.
We had a great chat and he spoke about going from Special Operations to civilian life as an author, and what it is like to write a book about his life.
I have titled the show- "Finding Purpose and a Sense of Belonging" as Troy shows in the interview how he has successfully done that in the many chapters of his life.
Troy tells some funny stories and not so funny ones ranging from the time he parachuted into a chicken coop to calling in F16 Strafing mission "Danger Close" to his mates in battle.
