A crippling rail strike could start as early as December 5th, after one of the biggest rail unions rejected its deal Monday. Jeremy Ferugson is President of the SMART Transportation Division and explains that “Members aren’t necessarily voting on the money issues. It’s quality of life, and how they’re treated”.
