Jared Poe is a wine and spirits executive with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions. He played a vital role in building Veev Spirits and Stillhouse Whiskey before each was acquired, and is now the general manager for  Sweetens Cove, an ultra-premium Tennessee whiskey founded by a group of friends that includes sports legends Andy Roddick and Peyton Manning.
