She has also served as a host for ESPN, Fox Sports and NBC Sports. As a fitness and health expert with over 15 years of experience, she is an author, produced an award-winning DVD fitness series, and content contributor. Her extensive athletic career includes achievements as a national heptathlon champion and silver medallist in the Long Jump.
