Karla Leong (@karlameagan) is an athletic therapist treating out of Eikonic Health (@eikonichealth) (https://www.eikonichealth.ca/) in Woodbridge, Ontario.
Karla treated me during my knee surgeries and is the best manual therapist I've ever met. She changed and shaped the way I think about health, fitness, and as an extension, life overall.
Karla takes a very holistic approach to fitness and injury rehabilitation. It's not just about putting band-aids on injuries, but moreso about how to return to play, or life, BETTER than before.
