How to give feedback without sounding like an arsehole

Do you know how to say something nice? It’s not as simple as throwing a thumbs up and running. Giving someone feedback or a compliment can be awkward. We’re going to explore how to give a genuine compliment, in a way that makes you AND the person your complimenting feel really damn great.
