Theresa Gibison has been to an Elsmere Town Council Meeting, posted online, called friends and family and created an online petition. She really wants trashed and dangerous Elsmere parks made safe for her family and everyone else. Rick found out about it on Reddit and called Mayor Thompson. Here what happened.
