Health systems form Evolve Health Alliance to tackle workforce challenges

Six large health systems recently announced the launch of Evolve Health Alliance, a new collaboration to address workforce challenges and share insights from their respective systems. In this episode, Matt Kurth, Deputy Chief People Officer at Northwell Health, one of the alliance’s founding members, will discuss how the partner systems plan to work together.
