Meanwhile, the Kremlin is escalating its own campaign against Ukraine, blanketing the country with drone and missile attacks. Former Republican congressman Adam Kinzinger is concerned about what Donald Trump's return to the White House could mean for Kyiv and for American democracy. He joins the show from Texas.
