In this episode we’re joined by Jenn Drummond, the first female world record holder to climb the second highest summits on each of the seven continents. In addition to being a highly accomplished mountaineer and athlete, Jenn is business owner, author and a mother of seven children. She joins Ashley to talk about her life on and off the mountain. The car accident that kick started her record breaking journey, how she navigates what she calls “the messy middle” between the highs, being an honest role model for her kids and how anchoring yourself in the present journey is even more important than summiting.
