Rachelle Towart OAM reveals the secrets of getting Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people on your board

Today on the Take on Board podcast I'm speaking with Rachelle Towart about recruiting Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples to boards. Rochelle Towert received her OAM in acknowledgment of her achievements in Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander leadership, governance and education. She is a member of the indigenous advisory board for infrastructure company Broadspectrum. She's formerly a member of the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander employment Advisory Committee at the University of Canberra, formerly the co-chair of the Prime Minister's expert panel on the review of remote indigenous housing, and formerly a board member of Aboriginal Hostels and Ramallah Investments.
