About Pamela Aiello

Pamela Aiello has worked in Human Resources for over twenty years, utilising her degrees in psychology and business to effectively engage people at all levels of an organisation and drive business success. 

Pamela started her own consulting firm in 2016 and is the Director and Principal Consultant for Bravo People Solutions which specialises in resolving complex HR issues around performance management, conflict resolution and worker’s compensation.
