This high-management style has propelled their operations forward, ensuring efficiency and sustainability.

Moreover, the succession plan is in motion, with Josh and his brothers, along with Nathan Garner, poised to take over the reins from the previous generation. Josh's background in banking, with seven years in ag lending, brings a unique perspective to the table, further strengthening their business strategy.
