From the moment we wake up, food is on our minds. Whether we’re choosing to eat something or choosing to avoid it. That leaves a lot of room for regrets. And those regrets can really eat away at our confidence. Well, we’re here to say: fuck food regrets! Life is short. Cake tastes good! So how can mindfulness help us?
