How to Build a Genuine Relationship on Social Media (without being Sleazy)

It feels icky.

It feels sleazy.

It feels ungenuine. 

A few years back, I had someone reach out to me on Facebook who used a different approach. It wasn’t like all the sleazy sales messages I would normally receive. I could tell this guy was different.

I sensed he genuinely cared about me. 

He led the conversation by giving value first before asking for anything.
