Joy Rumore - Where You Water It Will Grow!

She enjoys spending quality time with her family and long distance ultra marathon/marathon running. She enjoys living her life alcohol free and all of the benefits that come along with it. This includes substituting chaos for a more peaceful and calmer mindset, authentic quality time with family and friends and waking up with a clear mind.

A main theme in her alcohol-free lifestyle can be summed up in the phrase, "Where you water it will grow!" Continue to show up for yourself, continue to seek out help and support, and don't quit on yourself.
