Building a Legacy Through Real Estate While Working Full-Time with Erin Hudson

If you want it bad enough, you can grow quickly in real estate in just a few years.  On today’s episode, we talk with Erin Hudson, real estate investor and entrepreneur, about how she is intentionally changing the trajectory of her family’s life by building generational wealth through real estate.   Erin hit the ground running by acquiring 26 rental properties in just two years. We discuss with her how she leveled up her actions to invest in real estate while running two chiropractic practices, the strategy that allowed her to grow her portfolio so quickly, and how to instill financial literacy into your children’s upbringings. Erin also shares with us her current projects which include a 102 unit in Georgia and a shipping container Airbnb village. After being told by her business coach to stop doing the $10-hour jobs in her wellness center and stick to being the doctor that treats patients Erin learned the power of delegation delegate like nobody’s business. What was even better, was the new schedule allowed her to dive into the real estate space where she was genuinely intrigued. Over the next two years, Erin and her husband acquired 26 rental properties. Mid-way through their portfolio expansion, they created a turnkey company with Hudson Investments to help friends and family purchase investment properties. With great success in the single-family space, Erin transitioned into multifamily and is now a managing partner in over 270 units.
