In this week's minisode, I'm talking about age.

I recently heard someone say this: "To me, there’s two ages. There’s alive, and there’s dead. So if you’re alive, it’s your time." Isn't that inspiring?!

I think that many of us hold ourselves back because of our beliefs about what we can / cannot do, or should / should not do based on our age.

But instead of worrying that we're 'too old' to change careers, run a marathon, or meet a new partner, perhaps we should all just do whatever we feel called to do, feel capable of doing, or simply just want to do. Because after all...there are no rules and life is short!
