Fixing Childcare Access in Idaho with James Ruchti

James Ruchti is the District 29 Senator and is very worried about childcare access in Idaho. There are many restrictions that attempt to make the safest possible environment for children and working parents. There is a bill that is working to reduce the restrictions to increase access, but Senator Ruchti feels these restrictions would decrease the quality of the service. Enjoy!
