The Tale of the Moon and the Fairies

In the past, the moon disappeared leading to a dark period called the Reign of Night. Fairies were safer in the fairy realm, away from dangerous beings, which allowed Billy to remember this time while Ving recalled a historical event. The fairies endured a challenging period known as the Age of Grieving and they had to use trickery to protect themselves. Both Billy and Ving's recollections revealed the fairies' struggles during a shadowed past.
