Ever find yourself wanting the research or the evidence before you do something? Please don't forget that YOU are the most important data point. As a human, try things and reflect back on them to see if they left you better or worse. Do more of what helps, less of what hinders and that's how you become better than yesterday as opposed to being more average than yesterday. You are not average. There is no average human.
