Nate Hamme is a passionate and innovative leader who has dedicated his life to improving the healthcare industry through his works as President of the Ceca Foundation. He believes that we should be honoring caregiving professionals for their selfless acts, not just in words but also with financial rewards so they can continue doing what needs done without worrying about themselves or those around them being hurt because of lackadaisical attitudes towards medicine's greatest need: compassion.
