Matt Wilpers is one of the “OG” Peloton instructors. He’s known for his super-positive and supportive style on the Bike, Tread and Row, and his analytical approach to all things training. He is also a seasoned coach who runs his own very successful fitness coaching business, helping athletes of all types achieve their goals.
