Andre is a breathwork instructor and wellness coach based out of Salt Lake City, Utah. He was drawn to the healing arts after suffering a concussion while training to represent Costa Rica at the 2018 Winter Olympics in Slopestyle Skiing. After quitting competitive skiing, lingering concussive symptoms quickly spiraled into ever present anxiety, he became consumed by Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD) for many years. With the help of a great therapist and introduction to the Wim Hof Method, he was able to re-engage with life and return to the mountains. Andre hopes to help others discover the fire within themselves and see new possibilities for their lives and the world.
