Spencer Hutchins got his startup experience right out of Colby College, with a senior role in John Kerry’s presidential campaign. From there he took on a series of government and policy roles before co-founding Reflexion, a rehab software company.

And then in 2016 he founded Concert Health, which helps independent physician practices deliver integrated behavioral health services. In essence it’s a group practice that leverages Collaborative Care Management reimbursement from Medicare, commercial insurers and now Medicaid to do the right thing for patients.
