After two decades of struggling with porn, and now being on the other side and experiencing the fresh air of freedom, I have realized that freedom comes down to learning a specific skill:

The skill of effectively processing the urge when you feel it.

That's it. It's a skill to learn.

How do you learn any skill? You simply practice. You get in your reps. If you do this, it's inevitable that you WILL learn this skill.
