Today's episode is a solo one where I'm talking about being single at Christmas - and a couple of other random things. 

I talk about some of the reasons why it's great to be single at Christmas, as well as a couple of things we can do to feel better about our solo Christmas. I also talk about why Christmas as a single woman does not have to be any less fun or less lovely than Christmas as part of a couple.

Finally, I share my thoughts on the changing narrative around singlehood, and why I believe there is a shift in consciousness around women on their own.
