On the podcast today is the one and only Jesse Williams. Jesse first came on my podcast almost two years ago (November 25, 2020) and since that first conversation, I've been incredibly fascinated with him and his ideas for our sport. If I could appoint a commissioner of track and field, it would be Jesse.

Every few months it seems, Jesse is putting on another world-class meet. On December 1, the Fitness Bank Cross Champs will take place in Austin, Texas. Teams like the OAC, Brooks Beast, Tinman Elite, NAZ Elite, TaylorMade Elite, U.S. Army WCAP, and many more! Needless to say, this race is absolutely stacked and there are many storylines going into it.

In today's episode, Jesse and I discuss the Fitness Banks Cross Champs, best ways to market our sport, running past celebrities, bold predications for NCAAs, and much more.
