In episode 231 of the podcast, we welcome back Sean and Seth, vocalist and bassist of funk metal band Trawl.

We start with the wild summer they’ve had opening for bands like Nonpoint and CKY, as well as some upcoming shows with Helmet/Local H and Polkadot Cadaver. We pivot to the new EP they are working on, ‘Tempest’, and its darker themes and subject matter.
