What I offer you today is a behind the scene look into the organization of this once a year event that gathers vegan entrepreneurs from everywhere. But, more than that, I want use this episode to promote the idea of bringing carnists to vegan events. To show them how plant based food is far from being boring, bland or tasteless. To show them that vegans are real ordinary people,.,not social media meme! And allowing them the opportunity to understand you better.
