About our guest
Julius Thomas is working towards his Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology at Nova Southeastern University.
He earned his BS degree from Portland State University. He is an Advisory Board member for the Society of Neurosports, a Player Advisory Board Member for The Football Players Health Study at Harvard University, and the Co-Founder and Chief Health and Performance Innovation Officer at NESTRE Health and Performance.
As a professional athlete, Mr. Thomas observed the opportunity to help others create greater quality of life. He is passionate about helping others and utilizing his experiences to see positive change in individuals lives. In his prior life, he played in the NFL in the tight end position: Denver Broncos 2011-14), Jacksonville Jags (2015-16) and the Dolphins in 2017 earning Pro Bowl honors in 2013 and 2014.
And MOST IMPORTANTLY, Julius Thomas and Jose Antonio are co-instructors in the Sports Neuroscience Course at Nova Southeastern University!
