The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) rejected Apple’s pleas to block three activist shareholder resolutions. The feds expanded benefits for workers and businesses, after provinces re-introduced tougher restrictions to combat the omicron variant of COVID. Companies and governments are growing concerned over the Log4j security vulnerability.
